Returns Policy


Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 2pm Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays.We will try to despatch orders received after 3pm on the same day, but if that is not possible, they will be dispatched the next working day.Working days do not include weekends


Once your item has been delivered you have 10 days in which to return it should it not be to your liking. The item must be returned unused and must be well packaged to prevent any damage when in transit. Once we have received the item and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was despatched, we will issue you with a full refund.The only cost that you are responsible for is the return carriage. You can either arrange to have the item returned yourself or for your convenience on larger items our couriers UPS can collect from you (UK mainland customers only). Our collection charge is £15.00. In the very unlikley event that your item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Once the item has been returned to us and if, following our inspection, the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault we will provide you with either a replacement with a refund to cover your return postage costs or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If the item is over 1Kg we will call you to arrange collection by our courier.


During the photography process we make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of each item we sell. We are however unable to accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. You may still return your item for a full refund, however you must cover for the return carriage.


You may cancel any order with us within 24 hours and we will give you a full refund. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a £10 administration charge.
